Dunnes Stores is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Accounts Payable team in Dunnes Stores Head Office. As an Accounts Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing large volumes of invoices. 
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Liaise with suppliers about queries and stakeholder management
  • Liaise with stores and head office personnel
  • Assist with different ad-hoc projects within the team and department.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
  • Experience in an invoice processing environment
  • Proficient IT skills (in particular Microsoft excel)
  • Exceptional organisational abilities
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work on own initiative but also work as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
