We are seeking an entry-level administrator to join our supply chain department and support our inbound operations team. As an administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing imports, customs clearance, and ensuring the timely extraction of products from ports to delivery at our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and recording necessary import documentation
- Recording incoming consignments into our ERP system
- Calculating freight costs and duties
- Responding to internal and external stakeholder queries
- General administration associated with managing inbound supply chains
Key Skills:
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and data entry
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and terminology
