Dunnes Stores is seeking an experienced Trade Accounts Administrator to join the Trade Accounts team in Dunnes Stores Head Office.

As a Trade Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice/Credits coding
  • Invoice matching
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements, and dealing with supplier queries
  • Liaise with stores and Head office personnel

 Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and admin skills
  • Experience handling invoices and credits
  • Exceptional organisational ability
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work on own initiative but also work as part of a team
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
