Financial Analyst

We are expanding our service and product offering for our customers all the time.

We currently have a new vacancy for a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team based in our Head Office in Dublin City Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a competitive and fast paced retail environment.

In this role you will work on various projects and work closely with many of the teams in Dunnes Stores.
Some of the responsibilities include the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and publish monthly Store Overhead Reports and Analysis
• Prepare and publish monthly Miscellaneous Income Reports and Analysis
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations for specific accounts
• Maintained period close for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger on monthly basis.
• Support purchasing administrators
• Ad hoc Reporting and analysis as required
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree & professional accountant qualification
• 1-2 years PQE
• Proven team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communicator with the ability to act as a liaison between finance and the wider business
• Commercially aware & enjoys interacting with cross functional teams
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage several priorities at once
• Strong work ethic
• Excited & ready for a new challenge
